There are two ways to create a template: either from scratch or from an entry.

    • To create a template from scratch:
      1. Go to Manage > Templates.
      2. Click +Add at the top panel and select Add new template.
      3. In the pop-up window, give the new template a name and select a folder where it will locate.
      4. Confirm the creation by clicking Add template.
      5. In the second pop-up window, select members or subgroups that this new template will be shared with.
      6. Confirm the share setting by clicking Save.
      7. The template will be created in the designated folder. You can then open and edit it like a normal entry. This will become a reusable layout for later use.


  • To create a template from an entry:
    1. Select which entry you’d like to use as a template. Click on the Gearwheel icon in the top right corner of the entry. Click on the Save as template option.
    2. A lightbox will appear. Assign the template a name and choose which folder you’d like to store it in.
    3. Click the Save as new template button at the bottom of the lightbox.
    4. To access your new template, navigate to Manage > Templates.
    5. Your new template will be at the bottom of the list. You can change various settings for the template by clicking the Gearwheel icon to the right of the template name.
