Downloading Security Certificates


If you need to download the security certificates, go to More in the Navigation Menu and select Server Administration. Then select Security and click Download.




Downloading Connector-Box configuration files


To download the configuration file for the connector enrolment, go to More in the Navigation Menu and select Server Administration. Then click Connectors and Download.




Reviewing audit trails


Go to More in the Navigation Menu and select Activities. Some activities have an info icon, by clicking it you get more information about the specific activity. 


Please note: as an administator you can review the activities of every user of your organisation.



  

Inviting users


To invite new users to an organisation, go to More and select Members. When the User List appears, navigate to the Context Menu and click Invite User. To invite a user, they will need a valid e-mail address. You can easily add more than one user at the time, by adding more e-mail addresses segregated by a comma.



 

Removing users from an organisation


As an administrator, you are able to delete and add members as well as manage the user roles (Member/Admin).

To remove a user from an organisation, go to More and select Members. Then find the details menu for each member on the right. Click on the icon and select Delete.


 


Managing user roles


To change a user role, go to More and select Members. Then you can change user roles by clicking on their current role.




Edit organisation details


To see all the details of your selected organisation, navigate to More in the Navigation Menu and select Details.

Edit the organisation details by selecting the edit button in the upper right corner of the Organisation Details Window.
