If you activate Application features as Server Administrator, you activate them for all users of your organization.
Enabling Editable Views
To create and customize your dashboard, you have to activate the Editable Views feature. (Can only be done by the organization administrator.)
To activate "Editable Views" go to More in the Navigation Menu, click Server Administration and select the tab Features, now enable Editable Views.
Creating support tickets
The feature for creating support tickets within the application has to be enabled by the administrator. Navigate to Server Administration and select the tab Features, now change the status of Support to green/on.
By enabling this feature, all members of your organization can create support tickets. To create a Ticket, go to Feedback & Support in the Navigation Menu.
