One or more of your devices are detached?

  1. Check, if your connector is online. (If not please read this.)
  2. Double check if the device is plugged in the right USB port.
  3. If you couldn't find any other reason for the failed connection, reset the drivers to enable a reconnection by going to the top right hand icon and selecting Reset Drivers.



You need to wait till the device is back online. Once it is you need to check if the device's dashboard works as expected.
