Organizing Resources (move, add, remove, archive, edit)

By single clicking on a resource, additional options appear in the top right corner of the content section. From here you can

  • move a resource to another collection (similar to cut and paste in windows folder systems)
  • add a resource to another collection (similar to copy and paste in windows folder systems)
  • remove a resource from a collection (note: a resource can only be removed from a collection if it's still available in any other collection)
  • archive a resource (note: archiving a resource will archive this resource globally and thus remove it from all collections. However it is not deleted and can be restored)
  • edit a resource (depending on the resource type, different options will be available)

Note: You can also use a right click on any resource to open the additional options.

Restoring or permanently deleting Resources

Resources once archived can be restored or permanently deleted. To do so, filter for archived resources. By clicking on the archived resource, additional options to restore or delete permanently appear in the top right corner of the content section.
