Removing SSO

Because both the use of API and changing one's email address is not possible while using SSO, we provide a feature to remove or detach SSO, applicable to all identity providers. Please, follow the steps below to execute.

  1. Log in using SSO for a last time and open Settings.

  1. Click on DISCONECT SSO.

  1. For confirmation enter the word "DISCONNECT" and click DISCONNECT SSO" once more.

  1. You will have to authentice by SSO one last time. After that you may reset your password.

  1. After resetting the password, you can now log in with email and password again. And you can change your email address and reset you password again.
