Yes, Labfolder licenses function on a "seat" basis. When a member leaves the Labfolder group or is removed by an admin, their seat becomes available for reassignment to a new member. Rest assured, the departing member's content will remain accessible within your Labfolder group.

If you require additional licenses, please contact our team at customersuccess@labforward.io, specifying the number of licenses you wish to purchase and the date from which you'd like them to be activated. Once the licenses are added to your Labfolder group, you will receive a confirmation email. An invoice will follow within a few days, reflecting the pro-rata cost of the licenses until your next contract renewal.
