You can use Laboperator Automations to automate behaviours globally and independent from a specific workflow. Based on certain triggers (e.g. a resource is opened) different actions can be executed (e.g. a webhook is executed to update workflow runs in a collection).
Note: The automation feature has to be activated by an organizational administrator on the server administration level.
Add a new Automation
Navigate to more in the navigation menu, open server administration and choose automation. Click on the three dots in the top right corner to add a new automation. Here you can upload a YML-file with the automation, add a name, and decide whether to activate the automation directly on upload.
After an automation is created, you can few it (and all others) in the automation section. From here you can activate/deactivate, edit, download or delete the automation.
