Labfolder's Login page provides users with a "Forgot password?" link. A new site will open for you to enter your email address. Only if there is an account registered to the email you are requesting by, you will receive a positive reply. Therefore, get the spelling right, please.
Note: If you are using Labfolder as a local server installation, check whether you are getting a custom link for the password reset directing to your server; and if the link you are getting seems unfit, contact your local server admin, please!
